Freight Delivery Policy

Dedicated Freight Delivery for Premium Equipment At Mooxno, we specialize in high-quality, heavy-duty medical and nursing equipment. Due to the size, weight, and structural requirements of our products, standard parcel shipping (like UPS or FedEx) is not suitable. We utilize specialized heavy-freight networks to ensure your order arrives safely and in pristine condition.

Please read our delivery process carefully to understand what to expect.

1. Estimated Delivery Timeline

To ensure the highest quality standards, every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and professional crating process before dispatch.

  • Processing & Secure Crating (7-10 Days): Once your order is placed, our team completes final assembly, quality testing, and packs your item into reinforced wooden crates or protective heavy-duty packaging. It is then transported to our international freight terminal.

  • Transit & Final Delivery (~30 Days): Your order is shipped via ocean freight to the United States, cleared through customs, and handed over to our professional trucking partners for final delivery to your address.

2. How Your Delivery Works

Because our products are shipped via heavy-freight carriers, the delivery process differs from standard mail. Here is the standard procedure:

  • Delivery Appointment: Once your order arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window. You will not be caught off guard.

  • Liftgate Service Included: Every freight shipment is equipped with liftgate (hydraulic tailboard) service. This allows the driver to safely lower your heavy crate from the truck to the ground at your delivery location.

  • Curbside Delivery: Please note that this is a "Curbside Delivery" service. The driver will unload your item at the end of your driveway or the curb outside your home. Drivers are not authorized to bring items inside your house, unpack them, or navigate stairs. We highly recommend having 1-2 able-bodied persons or a professional handyman available on the delivery day to assist with moving the item indoors and setup.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order clears customs and is transferred to the local trucking carrier, we will provide you with a specific Freight Tracking Number so you can monitor its final journey to your home.

4. Inspecting Your Shipment

Your order is protected by heavy-duty packaging, but we ask that you inspect the exterior of the crate or package upon delivery. If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, please take photos immediately, note the damage on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing, and contact our support team.
