Small & Standard Items: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or eTower.
Heavy & Specialized Equipment (e.g., Electric Beds): Shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight.
Freight Delivery: The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Requirements: An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. Ensure your delivery address is accessible to a standard freight truck.
Orders over $300: Free Shipping.
Orders under $300: A flat shipping fee of $50 applies.
All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import taxes and duties are included in your final price. In the unlikely event that you are asked for additional payments by customs or carriers upon delivery, please contact our team immediately at beatus.cai@mooxno.com before paying.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, take photos immediately as proof and refuse the shipment. Contact our support team promptly, and we will assist you with the resolution.
Coverage: MOOXNO insures every purchase during transit until it is successfully delivered.
Responsibility: Once delivery is confirmed (or if the customer authorizes the carrier to leave the package unattended/at the door), responsibility transfers to the customer, and the shipment is no longer covered by our transit insurance.
Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will re-attempt delivery or hold the package at a local facility. Please coordinate directly with the carrier to ensure a successful receipt.
Shipping Availability: Shipping availability is subject to carrier service coverage in your specific area. If your delivery address falls into a restricted zone, our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or process a full refund.
