TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR
When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at beatus.cai@mooxno.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.
When you are ready to sign for the package, and founding that the package is broken. please take some pictures to prove that firstly. and contact us, then please refuse the package.
CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID
All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.
FULL INSURANCE
MOOXNO insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, DHL will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with DHL, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and MOOXNO no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
